STATE REGISTRATION OVERVIEW
Obtaining state registrations is the key to bringing your federally registered product to market. Once the state registrations are obtained, the product registration must be maintained to ensure compliance with the increasingly complex state regulatory process. TSG's State Affairs Division has vast experience working with the state programs and is uniquely qualified to guide your company through the registration and compliance requirements unique to each of the 50 states and the U.S. Territories. With knowledge of each state and territory's regulatory requirements, TSG provides comprehensive services for both basic and distributor product registrations for antimicrobial, biochemical, microbial and conventional pesticides, as well as minimum risk 25(b) products, pesticide devices and adjuvants.
- Product Registration. TSG has extensive experience in establishing, maintaining and expanding product registrations, for both basic and distributor products, in each of the 50 States and the U.S. Territories. These services include:
- Product development and market entry.
- Initial product registration with each state and territory.
- Label amendment submissions .
- Identification of state regulatory and/or environmental issues that impact the entry of your product into the market.
- Renewal of Registration. TSG will maintain your state registrations as they become due.
- New Active Ingredient or Major New Use. TSG is uniquely qualified to shepherd your product through complex state submission requirements for products containing new active ingredients (not previously registered within the state) or those labels bearing a major new use, particularly in California , New York and Florida where the requirements are the most stringent.
- California Concurrent Submission. TSG is uniquely qualified to prepare and submit applications for concurrent registration in California that allow your product a timely entry into the California market.
- State Requirements. With expanding requirements at the state level related to air and water, TSG will help identify issues that impact your product, and develop strategies to address those issues, as needed.
- Product or Facility Defense. TSG designs and implements defenses of products and/or facilities which are subject to state and local regulation.
