U.S. FEDERAL REGULATORY OVERVIEW

TSG provides clients with regulatory strategies and represents clients in front of the U.S. EPA, Food and Drug Administration and other federal and state regulatory agencies. We advise clients on international regulatory requirements and on international issues such as NAFTA and prior informed consent (PIC), OECD, FAO, and WHO matters.  TSG also advises Task Forces and industry consortia on matters related to the registration and defense of pesticides. TSG has provided technical assistance to task forces in generating data to support reregistrations.
