Both in the United States and abroad, TSG staff is experienced with the registration of pesticides including chemicals, biochemicals, and microbial pesticides, indirect and direct food additives, pesticide inert ingredients, food supplements, GRAS self affirmations, consumer product labeling and medical devices approvals. We have assisted clients in the preparation of federal, state and Canadian pesticide registration and reregistration applications. TSG has also represented clients in the registration and reregistration of active ingredients with atypical properties, uses, and use patterns. Additionally, we have represented clients in negotiations with national and state regulatory authorities in environmental matters, especially those involving pesticide registration data requirements, regulatory compliance, and study design and interpretation.
