FERTILIZER REGISTRATION AND RENEWALS

TSG has expertise in registering (1) all categories of products as summarized below, and (2) products in all states under a single label to facilitate national product distribution chains. States have unique regulatory requirements for fertilizing materials involving the following:
  • Product categories such as:
    • Fertilizers or agricultural minerals with guaranteed nutrients.
    • Specialty or bulk fertilizers identified by packaging or marketing.
    • Soil and/or plant amendments or conditioners, or substances that have specific claims or characteristics.
    • Gypsum/liming materials.
  • Data requirements that may include:
    • Efficacy. Alternatively, use directions may need to match default assumptions.
    • Metals. If so, the metals, levels of concern, and labeling requirements such as warnings differ.
    • Labeling language and presentation format.

TSG is experienced in registering all types of fertilizing materials in all states that require registration.
