PESTICIDE REGISTRATION

TSG prepares applications for chemical, biopesticide, and antimicrobial pesticides and tracks the progress through to registration. We also prepare responses to questions that surface during EPA's review.

Before a person or company can offer a pesticide product for sale in the United States or Canada, it must apply for and be granted a registration. Applications are submitted to US EPA or to Canada 's PMRA.

An application for the registration of a pesticide includes forms, a label, and data. TSG is experienced in the preparation of applications for all types of pesticide products. We also prepare data waivers, human and environmental risk assessments, and tolerance petitions. We also assemble manufacturing process reports from data provided by applicants.

TSG routinely submits applications to register pesticide products in both the US and Canada. We have regulatory professionals as well as the scientists necessary to provide the necessary technical support.
