Ms. Abigail Wacek has several years of experience in pesticide regulation under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). She has particular expertise in assisting companies throughout EPA’s registration process, including label development, data requirement satisfaction, testing activity coordination, and registration application preparation and submission.

Ms. Wacek has significant experience in developing regulatory strategies for pesticide registration, advising clients on FIFRA-related issues, assisting with inert ingredient petitions for approvals and amendments, and obtaining and maintaining antimicrobial registrations. She is highly knowledgeable of the Pesticide Registration Improvement Act (PRIA) and Toxicological Doses and Endpoints for chemicals registered by the Antimicrobial Division at EPA. In addition, she is the Operations Manager for the Silver Task Force North America and is a member of the American Chemistry Council Biocides Panel.

Prior to Technology Sciences Group Inc. (TSG), Ms. Wacek was an Environmental Protection Specialist in the Antimicrobial Division for U.S. EPA, where she was responsible for reviewing and managing pesticide applications in compliance with FIFRA and PRIA. She was also in charge of the management and upkeep of the Antimicrobial Division’s proprietary Label Claims Interpretation Table. Additionally, she served as the Secretariat for the Pesticide Programs Dialogue Committee’s (PPDC) Century Toxicology/New Integrated Testing Strategies Workshop, where she coordinated speakers and logistics for national workshops.
