Proposition 65 Listing of CMNP (Pyrazachlor) (August 2015)

California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) announced the addition of CMNP (pyrazachlor) to the Proposition 65 list of chemicals known to the state to cause cancer. The listing is effective August 25, 2015.

OEHHA’s listing criteria is based on the “authoritative bodies” mechanism, which cited EPA’s published report on CMNP (pyrazachlor) titled Cancer Assessment Document, Evaluation of the Carcinogenic Potential of CMNP (pyrazachlor).
