FOOD CONTACT SUBSTANCES AND FOOD INGREDIENTS

TSG assists food and chemical companies with issues concerning food contact materials and food ingredients.   • Prepare petitions, notifications, request for opinions and provide advice regarding the regulatory status of food packaging substances.
  • Assist with Good Manufacturing Practices compliance for food ingredients and food contact substances.
  • Provide technical and regulatory assistance on complex issues such as the overlapping roles of the EPA and FDA in the regulation of antimicrobial substances.
  • Advise on issues concerning food ingredients and contact substances in Canada and the European Union.
