TOXICOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL EXPSOSURE DATA WAIVERS
TSG scientists use available data to support requests to regulatory agencies for waivers from requirements that certain scientific studies be performed to support products or chemicals. We will determine when sufficient data are available to support requests for waivers from requirements for toxicity, ecotoxicity and exposure assessment studies to be conducted on chemicals and pesticides.
TSG will identify and assemble the appropriate information and present a rationale requesting a waiver from the requirement in a well-conceived written document. We will describe in a clear and logical way how the available data fulfill the data requirement, and provide the supporting information cited.
TSG scientists and regulatory consultants have had hundreds of data waiver requests accepted by regulatory agencies over the years.
