Fertilizer Ingredients are Subject to the Toxic Substances Control Act
All fertilizer ingredients must be listed on the TSCA inventory and comply with any applicable rule or order under TSCA. TSCA violations may carry substantial monetary penalties and result in business interruptions. TSG can assist in determining the TSCA compliance status of your fertilizer ingredients, as part of an overall federal and state fertilizer regulatory compliance program. 

TSG’s consultants are experienced in registering and renewing all types of fertilizing Plant growing in soil with registered and/or licensed fertilizerand amending materials in each state that requires registration. We are experienced in registering products under a single name and label in all states, facilitating quick and efficient national distribution of a product. We also have experience with regulations and regulatory evaluation requirements in all states.
