TSG assists clients with pesticide registration and regulation compliance, and new chemical notifications throughout Latin America.
We have developed contacts and associates in most of Latin America to assist clients with regulatory matters for pesticides and chemicals. The majority of TSG's experience has been in Mexico, but we have also assisted clients with regulatory issues in Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Colombia and Chile. We assist with product registrations, enforcement issues and in finding a local representative for regulatory purposes.
TSG has considerable experience working in Latin America and can provide clients with a full range of services, from defining pesticide and chemical regulatory requirements, preparing applications and other notifications and locating local representatives/distributors.
